The registration fee includes:

- Participation in the scientific sessions

- Access to the exhibition and poster area

* Exhibitor fee DOES NOT include: conference kit and participation in the scientific sessions.

Registration requests from April 7, 2026 will be charged € 50,00 extra fee. 
To avoid long lines at the on-site registration counters, we encourage you to register for the meeting in advance.

GROUP REGISTRATION


Group registration for the 7th European Myeloma Network Meeting is available from January 12, 2026
Here below the general information:



HOW TO REGISTER YOUR GROUP

1.    Create your reserved area with username and password by February 28, 2026.
2.   
 Download the Import Spreadsheet Template and fill it in

3.    Upload your group spreadsheet template by March 23, 2026

4.    Manage your group until April 6, 2026.

Please notice that an email address is required for each delegate.





NAME CHANGES

Name changes will be accepted free of charge until April 6, 2026. After this date a name change fee of € 50,00 will be imposed. The previously booked registration will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.

INDIVIDUALS CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellations must be submitted to the EMN2026Organizing Secretariat by April 6, 2026, to receive a refund, less processing fee* (* € 35,00 standard registrations; € 20,00 under 35 years old registrations; € 10,00 data managers, nurses and exhibitor registrations). All requests must include a brief description of reason for cancelling. 
Please note that no refunds will be made after April 6, 2026. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on the account within four weeks. If your original payment was by wire transfer, refunds will be made out by wire transfer within 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
 
MEET THE EXPERT SESSIONS 

Meet the Expert Sessions take place on April 16 and April 17, 2026 during the lunch break. Box lunches will provided inside the meeting rooms.
Registration is free of charge but spots are limited. Preregistration to attend these sessions is necessary. If spots are still available, you can also register onsite during registration hours.
 
Participants already registered in EMN2026 meeting can sign up to Meet the Expert sessions clicking on a dedicated link. more information will be available soon.
